ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for someone with experience in paid search campaign strategy, development, and management to support our Paid Search Program Director. Our team is very passionate and invested in driving revenue growth for our clients! We bring a unique perspective to our work because we are not career consultants, we've been in-house and dealt with sales & marketing teams and understand the need for quality leads, process and optimization of tech. This is a fully remote 40 hour/week position. Must be able to work between 8-5pm EST.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with development and execution of paid search campaign strategy across multiple clients
  • Project management of client deliverables and milestones 
  • Build, QA, launch, and monitor campaigns, including performance, budget pacing, and tracking of conversions 
  • Continuous QA of campaign setup, spend, creative, and etc.
  • Represent Compound Growth as the primary contact in client relationships, on weekly status meetings, and in client presentations 
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity to optimize the campaigns to drive higher results
  • Proactively communicate client needs, and roadblocks/challenges for client deliverables 
  • Develop campaign performance reporting in partnership with out analytics practice, including monitoring for performance and issues 
  • Support the Head of Paid Acquisition and Program Directors with the client strategy and department maintenance including billing, invoicing, time tracking, and other processes
  • Coach a paid search analyst on campaign setup, execution, and optimization

Requirements

  • Must have experience working directly in paid search platforms managing campaigns for clients on platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads and Bing
  • Experience managing budgets against a defined target goal on CPL, CAC, ROAS
  • 4+ years paid search experience required
  • B2B experience required including in depth knowledge of sales funnel stages 
  • Experience in a client-facing role with day-to-day client communication
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team, both taking and giving direction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver effective results
  • Experience managing programs on social and display platforms is not necessary but would set the candidate up for success in developing integrated strategies
  • Experience analyzing paid campaign results and developing insights, recommendations, optimizations
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Proven proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace 
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Salary

$70,000 - $85,000 / annually
