The PSA’s I and II positions involve assisting customers at the airport, such as checking in baggage, issuing boarding passes, and providing information and aid in the lobby area. These roles also include helping customers with mobility impairments by safely transporting them within the airport terminal. PSAS I and II ensure that baggage is correctly tagged, processed efficiently, and loaded onto the appropriate conveyance for transport to the aircraft. They strive to ensure that customers have a seamless and pleasant experience while adhering to airline policies and safety regulations. This position reports to the Director of Passenger and Cargo Services.
