Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team! As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in managing the health and growth of our products. You will work collaboratively across departments, guiding products from conception to launch while ensuring that they are valuable, usable, and feasible. As the voice of the product, you will engage with industry professionals and customers to drive product success and growth.

Product Discovery & Metrics Definition
Engage in continuous product discovery through customer calls (3-5 calls per week) to understand customer needs, acting as the Voice of the Customer (VOC).
Collaborate with designers to validate assumptions with customers and support product development efforts through market and competitive analysis.
Work closely with business unit teams to integrate marketing, sales, and support operations, balancing technical, market, and customer needs to ensure product viability.

Define User Stories
Generate and refine user stories based on customer needs and solution requirements, guiding prototype development.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and test prototypes with target customers to create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that are both feasible and valuable.
Maintain the quality of deliverables by setting expectations, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring the alignment of priorities with well-defined business cases.

User Acceptance Testing
Lead user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered product meets the acceptance criteria and aligns with prototypes.
Collaborate with customers to beta test new features and ensure their needs are met before full release.

Roadmap & Backlog Grooming
Establish and communicate a shared vision and roadmap for your product, aligning the prioritized backlog with the overall plan.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize delivery value, support realistic forecasting, and ensure proper communication and expectation management.
Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to keep everyone informed about the product roadmap and its progress.
Manage product scorecards and regularly update internal and external stakeholders on progress.
Understand key business drivers—such as profitability, pricing, and sales channels—and monitor product lifecycle events (e.g., product launches, end-of-life stages).

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of product or related experience; an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
Experience in analyzing markets and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Strong ability to interpret data insights and track key performance metrics.
Familiarity with enterprise-level customers and products is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Pragmatic Marketing) is highly preferred.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with a proven ability to drive results across teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including effective meeting management.
Ability to represent the customer's voice through personas, requirements, and product specifications.
Experience with AdTech, Retail Media, or Programmatic Advertising is a strong advantage.

Compensation:
The base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000, depending on experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Please note that this salary range is based on current market data and compensation may vary accordingly.
